The intent of this consolidation is to improve consistency, raise academic standards and support better learning outcomes across the province. It functions under the supervision of a Chief Executive Officer and is structured into three functional wings to manage academic work, operational matters and oversight responsibilities.

The Operations Wing ensures that service delivery is reliable and internal functioning is smooth. It includes Field Operations and IT. In times to come, this will be the backbone of an Authority on the rise.

Academics

The Academics Wing drives innovation in learning by developing curriculum, enhancing teacher capability, and strengthening student assessment systems. Through Curriculum & Compliance, Training & Certification, Assessment & Exams, and Outreach & Research, it empowers educators and learners to meet global standards while addressing local needs.
