A comprehensive meeting was held at the PECTA head office, chaired by Dr. Shahinshah Faisal Azim, CEO of PECTA, along with his team. The meeting included the Additional Director, Kashif Farooq, and Maryam Shehzadi. The primary focus of the discussion was the digitalization of various PECTA processes, including Human Resource Management, Finance Management, Inventory Management, eFOAS (Electronic File and Office Automation System), and the conduct of Grade 5 and 8 examinations.
During the meeting, focal persons from different PECTA wings were nominated to collaborate with the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) for the finalization and seamless implementation of these critical digitalization processes, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined operational framework for the organization.
